Bo-Tai

Zorawar Kalra’s newest venture in Delhi is a modern Thai restaurant, and we are going absolutely bonkers over it! The food at Bo-Tai is replete with Massive Restaurants’ signature philosophy of innovation coupled with flavours that stand out on the palate. We tried the Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio and the Tamarind Blue Crab Cakes, and settled for Kobocha Custard with a Coconut and Pandan to end the meal on a perfect note. Bo-Tai also has a long list of cocktails that you have to grab. Go for the time-tested Od Fashioned, or take your pick from the bar menu - every cocktail is served in a container that's set in ice, so that your drink remains chilled, with zero dilution to taste.

The Kashmiri Naan Kebab is by far one of the largest Kebabs you'll find anywhere in Delhi. What's more, you get to wash a truly complete Indian experience down with a smart selection of “Pahua” cocktails, including the likes of Nagpuri Santra and Pondy Rush.

Indians don't usually get to try out the right kind of ales, but the newly opened Irish House lists quite an extensive collection of ales, coupled with brews from all over the world.

Complementing these, is a menu full of scrumptious eats including a Twisted Cubano, Sweet Potato Fries, some French Fries topped with Mac & Cheese, and sometimes even a simple, delightful Omelette with some decadent desserts.
